Global Village in Dubai celebrated the National Day of the Kingdom of Bahrain with a series of special festivities, highlighted by a major concert organized in collaboration with Rotana Music Group, one of the region’s leading production companies. The event drew a large crowd that filled the Main Stage area and featured performances by Emirati artist Hamad Al Ameri and Bahraini artist Mohammed Al Bakri.

The concert reflected the depth of the long-standing fraternal and historical relations between the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Bahrain, showcasing the strong bonds of brotherhood, affection, and mutual respect shared by the two nations and their peoples.

The evening opened with Hamad Al Ameri, who performed a special song dedicated from the UAE to Bahrain, embodying the spirit of the occasion under the slogan “Bahrain: Heart and Soul.” Following his performance, Al Ameri met Mohammed Al Bakri backstage for commemorative photos, after which Al Bakri took the stage accompanied by his oud, delivering a traditional Bahraini musical set that brought the night to a memorable close.

Fireworks lit up the atmosphere between the two performances, while the skies above Global Village were illuminated with stunning drone shows depicting Bahrain’s rich cultural heritage and distinctive identity.

In their remarks to the audience, both artists extended their congratulations to the leadership, government, and people of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and expressed their appreciation to Global Village and Rotana for the outstanding organization, warm hospitality, and vibrant atmosphere surrounding the celebration.

It is worth noting that this season’s collaboration between Rotana and Global Village in presenting live concerts—launched earlier with a performance by artist Mohamed Ramadan—continues a long history of successful partnerships between the two entities, with more concerts and star performances to be announced soon.
